Sowing is the most important part of our experiment and one of the few we can influence. Unfortunately, not everything went as we would like. First, we had to get enough information about the methodology and then the cockerel seeds. Fortunately, MUNI experts helped us with both.
The methodology must be carefully followed when sowing because the seeds have to go through a long stratification of winter and for this reason, they must be sown by the end of November, but as I said in the introduction, not everything went according to plan. We got the seeds later in November before we could plant them, the weather got inferior and we had to postpone the sowing to December 4th.
Fortunately, the sowing delay is quite small, so we hope that everything will work out. And we'll find out soon because the first, which you'll hear about in the next post, should be done at the beginning of May.
